Since 1986, with few interruptions, Mr. King has gained experience unlike any other attorney in the area of labor and employment law. From his days serving as an investigator and/or legal intern with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or as a Deputy City Solicitor representing agencies of government in defense of discrimination claims, and/or disciplinary matters, Mr. King’s knowledge and expertise in this area is unmatched.

What makes Mr. King’s advice and insight in this area most unique is that as Commissioner of Prisons for the City of Philadelphia, Mr. King also has the insight of being an administrator of a large corporation which has had to actually deal with and solve problems and issues surrounding labor unions, workplace violence, discrimination, and the like.
